Adopt AI without losing your IP.
The platform that keeps your know-how safe with secure AI. Bring in outside experts, use the best models on the market, and never give up control of your data or your corporate know-how.
Four ways bot.company keeps you in control
AI should multiply what makes your business special — not quietly hand it to a vendor or a consultant. Here's how bot.company keeps the value with you.
Work with consultants — without losing your IP
Consultants build inside your bot company, not theirs. The instructions, skills, and workflows they configure live in your tenant and stay yours — during the engagement and long after it ends.
- You keep the build — every agent, instruction, and automation is provisioned in your workspace, not on a consultant's account.
- No lift-and-leave — when an engagement ends, the working AI company stays running under your control.
- Scoped access — grant collaborators exactly the access they need, and revoke it in one click.
Don't get trapped in one LLM's ecosystem
Model-agnostic by design. Your knowledge, agents, and automations aren't welded to one vendor's assistant. Swap the underlying models as the market moves — cheaper, smarter, or more private — without rebuilding a thing.
- Bring the best model — route each agent to the model that fits the job, and change your mind whenever.
- No rebuild tax — instructions and knowledge live in the platform, not inside a single provider's assistant.
- Negotiating power — never be captive to one vendor's pricing or roadmap.
Control your data, always
Per-tenant encryption and hard isolation mean your documents, conversations, and connectors belong to you. Your data answers your questions — and is never used to train someone else's model.
- Per-tenant encryption — credentials and content encrypted with keys scoped to your company alone.
- Never training fuel — your data is used to serve you, not to improve a foundation model.
- Isolated by default — one company can never see another's data — including ours.
Protect your corporate know-how
Per-action permissions, human approval gates, and network allowlists decide exactly what agents can see and do. Secure AI that runs on your rules — not a vendor's defaults.
- Per-action permissions — Auto / Ask / Off on every capability, so nothing consequential happens unwatched.
- Human approval gates — sensitive actions wait for a person to sign off, with full context attached.
- Network allowlists — outbound access limited to domains you approve, so know-how doesn't leak.
This is what your team logs into.
The Company Hub — one home for agents, tasks, approvals, and reports. Your data, your rules, your IP — configured for how your business actually works.
Request access
Encrypted by default
Credentials and secrets are encrypted with per-tenant keys — never stored in plain text.
Isolated per company
Your bot company runs in its own tenant boundary — no one else can see your data.
Auditable end to end
Every agent step is traced — inputs, outputs, and who approved what, ready for review.
Human in the loop
Approval gates on consequential actions keep people accountable for what ships.
Before you ask
Who owns the IP a consultant builds for my business?
You do. Consultants configure agents, instructions, and workflows inside your bot company — your tenant, your workspace. Everything they build stays with you during the engagement and after it ends.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your documents, conversations, and connected sources are isolated per tenant and encrypted with per-tenant keys. They are used to answer your questions — not to train anyone else's model.
What if I want to change AI models later?
bot.company is model-agnostic. Agents run through MEG's LLM gateway, so you can route each agent to a different model and swap models as the market moves — your instructions, knowledge, and automations never need rebuilding.
How do I stop an agent from doing something risky?
Every capability an agent has carries a permission — run automatically, ask a human first, or stay off. Consequential actions queue for human approval, and outbound network access is limited to domains you allow.
